Introducing an extensive Development Programme designed specifically for First Line Managers/Supervisors within the Energy and Utilities sector.
Successful completion of this program ensures that delegates attain EUSR registration for a duration of 5 years. This not only establishes credibility for the organisation but also provides the delegate delegate with a valuable accreditation for their own professional development.
This scheme has been developed in collaboration with energy and utility industry leaders.
It will equip individuals with a comprehensive grasp of the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviors necessary for success in their respective roles.
Participants will also gain valuable insights into conflict management strategies and learn how to optimise team performance effectively.
