Operations Manager

Level 5

Who is this for?

This programme is designed for movers and shakers in middle management – the people who keep departments running and large teams on track. Perfect if you’re:

  • Already managing first line managers and ready to refine your leadership toolkit,
  • Working towards a middle management role with big responsibilities ahead, or
  • In post for a while but never had the chance for formal development (until now 🙌).

If you’re the one making sure strategy turns into action, this programme is for you.

Overview

Operations Managers are the drivers of delivery – leading teams, managing projects, and hitting targets that fuel the organisation’s strategy. You’re accountable to senior leadership, but it’s your leadership that makes the big goals happen.

Our programme covers everything you need to thrive at this level, including how to:

  •  Build and deliver operational plans that actually work
  • Lead, motivate, and manage teams through change
  • Balance the books with financial and resource management know-how
  • Develop talent through coaching and mentoring
  • Juggle projects while keeping an eye on long-term goals

Hands-on learning you’ll put into action every day. By the end, you won’t just be running operations – you’ll be shaping them.
