Who is this for?

This programme is ideal for those with existing customer service or support experience who wish to progress within their role. This may be people moving to a more senior role and/or taking on additional responsibility. It is also suitable for those in their first full time role. This could be in many types of industries or environments including contact centres, retail, webchat, service industry or any customer service point.

 

Overview

The main purpose of a customer service specialist is to be a ‘professional’ for direct customer support. You are an advocate of Customer Service who acts as a referral point for dealing with more complex or technical customer requests, complaints, and queries. You gather and analyse data and customer information that influences change and improvements in service.

 

Qualification
  • Apprenticeship – Level 3
  • Eligible to join the Institute of Customer Service at a Professional Level
Duration

12 – 15 months including up to 3 months in End Point Assessment

£4,000

Entry requirements
  • Currently not undertaking another apprenticeship
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years
