Team Leader

Level 3

Who is this for?

This programme is built for rising leaders who are ready to step up and guide others. Perfect if you’re:

  • Moving into your very first supervisory or line management role,
  • Already managing a team but hungry for fresh tools to do it better, or
  • A seasoned Team Leader who’s never had the chance for formal development (until now).

Wherever you’re starting from, this is your opportunity to grow into the kind of leader people want to follow.

Overview

Team Leaders sit at the frontline of leadership – balancing projects, operations, and people. You’re the one giving direction, offering guidance, and keeping the team focused on achieving results. And while the responsibilities may shift from role to role, the skills, knowledge, and behaviours that make a great leader remain the same.

Our programme equips you with the mindset and toolkit to lead with impact every day. You’ll learn how to:

  • Set clear goals and inspire others to deliver them
  • Build confidence in giving direction and feedback
  • Balance operational demands with people-first leadership
  • Put new tools into action straight away in your workplace

This isn’t leadership theory for the bookshelf. It’s practical, real-world learning that helps you become the leader your team deserves.
