Coaching Professional
Level 5
Who is this for?
This programme is for people who want to unlock potential – in individuals, teams, and entire organisations. Perfect if you’re:
- Working with a variety of stakeholders and want to bring a coaching mindset to every interaction,
- Already supporting individuals and teams and keen to deepen your toolkit, or
- Looking to become the independent voice that helps people and organisations see new possibilities.
If coaching is already part of how you work – or you want it to be – this programme helps you turn good conversations into transformational ones.
Overview
Coaching isn’t just a skill – it’s a way of thinking and relating to people. In fast-changing, uncertain environments, effective coaching is the key to helping others adapt, grow, and thrive. At its heart, coaching is about building self-belief. It’s future-focused, it releases potential, and it drives transformation for people and businesses alike.
Through this programme, you’ll learn how to:
- Build powerful, trust-based relationships that spark growth
- Support individuals and teams to find their own solutions and take action
- Use coaching models and techniques to unlock insight and create change
- Develop your own self-awareness and commitment to personal growth
- Apply coaching to drive performance and improvement across an organisation
By the end, you won’t just be using coaching as a tool – you’ll embody coaching as a mindset, shaping the way people think, grow, and lead into the future.
