Michelle was one of the first trainers that we recruited at Lighthouse and it immediately became clear that we had made a great decision. Michelle has been a real asset to our business over the past 6 years.

She is always very professional, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, connects well with delegates and stretches and challenges our learners in a supportive way.

We will really miss Michelle and wish her and John all the best for a happy retirement travelling around this country … and beyond.
