It’s the most wonderful time of the year for the last Lighthouse Team Day of 2023!

This week, the team reflected on our accomplishments this past year and what’s to come in 2024. We finished off by playing some Christmas-themed games!

Our quarterly team days are always full of great insights on building as a company and as individuals and we can’t wait for our next one in 2024!

Plus on Thursday, the Team celebrated a successful 2023 at our Annual Christmas Dinner set at Milsoms Kesgrave Hall. It was a night filled with laughter, thoughtful reflections, and ambitious plans for an even brighter 2024🍾
