WHAT DO WE DO?
As a leading Institute of Leadership and Management approved centre with direct-claim status, many of our programmes enable delegates to achieve a recognised Leadership and Management qualification. However, we don’t believe gaining a qualification should be seen as a ‘box ticking’ exercise; our programmes go far beyond simply fulfilling the requirements of the qualification. Every single one of our ILM accredited programmes is specifically designed to address the development needs of the leaders and managers attending it.
We understand that some smaller organisations simply don’t have sufficient staff to make running an in-house programme viable, so we offer the following ‘open’ courses to offer maximum value for money. An additional benefit of attending one of our open programmes is the people from other organisations and businesses you meet while on the course.
