We understand how daunting it can be asking people for their views around your performance so we work with your managers to ensure that they interpret their feedback constructively.

For some people their development needs are more specific and are best addressed on a one-to-one basis. Whether it is about helping you with specific personal development or supporting you to move to the next level of your career our coaching services can support you.
Coaching is very personal so we ensure we match the appropriate coach to the individual and situation. We offer a packaged coaching programme and ad-hoc sessions. These can be supported with a range of psychometric tools and 360° Feedback to increase self-awareness and help focus the coaching discussions.
Coaching is often offered in conjunction with our group development programmes to help managers to contextualise what they have learned.
